From my personal collection, this pair of intricately crocheted earrings in a paisley symbol are just incredible!! The gold metallic thread is combined with two shades of turquoise blue to highlight an array of peridot beads,seed beads and pearls that is just magical!
Finished with Leverback Earring Wires, the earrings measure 1 1/2 inches wide by 3 1/4 inches long (at widest and longest points)
The Paisley originated in India back in the 11th century, near Kashmir. It is believed that the pattern was derived from the Zoroastrian symbol of a cypress tree combined with a floral spray, to represent life and fertility.
The Peridot gemstone is known as the stone of compassion, and is believed to bring good health by balancing the emotions and the mind.
Please note my mannequin is about 50-75% to size (depending on your size of course) - so earrings generally appear larger than they are - always check measurements!
