This is a very vintage gypsy bag; from my own collection, I purchased this is the 70's - hard to believe that was over 50 years ago! In great and clean condition, it has embroidery, inset mirrors and beads on both sides.....Gypsy women often wore skirts with attached purses on their hips - now the modern day cross body purses!

Chain is made from a variety of vintage and antique chains and gemstones, including Garnet,Amethyst,Lemon Quartz,Tiger Eye and Turquoise

Bag Chain is designed to wear as a crossbody but can easily be modified - chain measures 52 inches long 

Bag alone measures 11 inches long by 9 1/2 inches wide
