I am bringing dozens of unique vintage items out of storage - and this amazing Totem Salvaged Leather Fringe Bag is one of several I will be listing. The leather is very unusual - distressed silver and brown with the look of age as Totem Salvage always does - and in pristine condition! The color is unique in that it looks different in different light - from a darker brown to what I would call a dark clay brown - most likely because of the silver distressing and I have shown it in 2 lighting conditions. There is an engraved sterling medallion on front with a braided leather border. It is unlined and very clean inside. It closes on the bottom with a buffalo nickel- so unique! The last photo shows 2 impressions that are original to the piece and I point them out for specific detailing. Those who know this brand will see how rare this is and originally sold for much more.
The bag measures 33" inches long including the strap and fringe - the purse part alone (without fringe) measures 13 inches wide by 9 inches tall at widest and longest points. The Strap measures 13 inches long.
