In case you are unfamiliar with how to put on any cuff bracelet, you never flex open the cuff to fit over the top of your wrist (you will eventually create metal fatigue and it will break) but rather slide the cuff over the thumb side of a flat hand - here are the steps:
Step One: To put a cuff bracelet on your wrist simply hold the cuff in your opposite hand with the opening facing out. Gently slide the bracelet over your thumb with each side of the cuff on the top and bottom of your hand. Here is a link to illustrate that:

Step Two: Starting with outstretched fingers to flatten your hand, begin sliding the bracelet down and over your hand towards your wrist.
Step Three: When you reach the smallest part of your wrist gently begin turning the bracelet.
Step Four: Turn the bracelet so the opening or “gap” is at the underside of the wrist and the decorative top faces outward. To keep your cuff in the best possible shape it should be adjusted once. The opening or “gap” should be just large enough to slide over your hand while putting it on and not fall off while wearing it.
