From my personal collection, this is a truly rare pristine Nippon (Japan) Faceted Rock Crystal of amazing clarity and size....about 5 or 6 years ago, I purchased an original collection of Sample Nippon Faceted Rock Crystal Stones from a woman whose father owned a jewelry business in the 1950's. Japan (known as Nippon) is world reknowned for a long history of flawless rock crystal and twinning quartz.
Each stone in the collection was different - and this one I kept for myself - and sold the rest on my Etsy Shop. I made custom bezels for each one - and this one is antique sterling mesh with antique sterling chain surround - hanging from an equally rare antique sterling chain with onyx stations and a rare foxtail chain sterling tassel with a floral engraved onyx cap.
A pricey piece for sure - but it is a one of a kind, a once in a lifetime, and a very powerful piece!
Measurements
Necklace measures 26 1/2 inches long - and the Stone itself measures 2 inches long by 1 1/2 inches wide - with a 1 inch depth!
The Tassel length is 4 1/2 inches long
