Set of 2 Stacking Bracelets with Polished and Rare Royston Turquoise Gemstones. Royston Turquoise, with it's unique coloring and long mining history is known for its vibrant color variations within a single stone, often displaying a mix of blues and greens, sometimes with a stroking brown or black matrix. The Royston mining district is located near Tonopah, Nevada, and was founded in 1902 - it is considered an ancient mine with stones located as deep as ten feet in the earth. Royston turquoise is said to promote healing of the mind and soul, and to diminish fear and strengthen your mind.
There are two stones, shown in photo # 8, with chips off the top of the bead - they do not affect the beauty of the bracelets - and the last photo shows a sample piece that was sold for over $2k!
