From my personal collection, this is an Antique Clear Rock Quartz Ring with 2 Barrel Deep Green Color Tourmaline gemstones. Made from one piece of quartz and tourmaline, it is hand polished around the band, and left in it's natural state on the top - and full of unknown history. I purchased this about 25 years ago when I lived in San Diego and frequented many unique Antique stores in the area. All I can remember is this was some sort of "shield" or  symbol of spiritual protection
