From my personal collection, this amazing 14K White Gold Moissanite Ring has an incredible array of 104 Moissanite gemstones with a total carat weight of 10.48. I was happy to find the original receipt and all Charles and Colvard information and certificate included with my original purchase in 2009.
The faceting of these stones are amazing and my photos do not do justice to them. Photo #14 shows the refractive index and dispersion that is higher than a diamond.
I have included photos of all documentation and detailed descriptions. I will also include the tiny extra and leftover gemstones that were sent to me by the owner who had her jeweler create this masterpiece.
To be clear, Charles and Colvard gemstones are NOT cubic zirconia and if you go to their website, you will see the current value of their Moissanite stones. I have priced this for what I paid for it but it's value is much higher given current gold and Moissanite prices. Shipping will also be very expensive and I will pay for the overage.
I will also be listing the Moissanite Hoop earrings I purchased to go with this ring!

Measurements
Ring face measures 1 inch long (east to west) by 1/2 inch wide (north to south) and the back band measures 1/4 inch wide.
It is a size 6.75 - I do not know if it is sizable, but since it is comparable to diamonds in terms of the stone, and the back band is solid, I would say it most likely is sizable.
