Amazing and Rare Antique Italian "M.S.S.(Miracolo Santa Signora) del Rosario in Pompei" (Miraculous & Holy Our Lady of the Rosary in Pompeii) - note the crisp dimensional details of the imagery - last photo shows the original painting found by Bartolo Longo. Bartolo Longo founded the Shrine of Our Lady of the Rosary in 1883, and enshrined a miraculous image of Our Lady of the Rosary there; between 1891 and 1894, hundreds of miracles were officially recorded at the sanctuary.
On the reverse is an equally crisp and dimensional image of St. Francis of Assisi ("Franciscus Assisiensis" or Francesco d'Assisi)- a lovely and rare 19th Century Medal)
