Unique Silver Tension Buckle Cuff- note the "Estruceana C" signature indicating this is a rare piece from Rice Weiner - a company started in 1911 as New England Glass Work, who changed its name to Rice-Weiner & Company in 1938. The cuff foundation slips on the wrist, and the latch part slips through the buckle and is held in place by tension- an extraordinary and quality piece! Unmarked metal- it does not magnetize and looks/feels like sterling - price reflects unknown metal and in researching this incredible piece, there are only 3 that I found - and with prices from $400- $800 for the cuff alone.
