Payments
We offer payment by Paypal, personal check or money order - and payment needs to be received within 7 days of purchase. Shipping
We ship within 3-5 business days of the final payment date. We ship USPS priority insured, but can provide more expedited or other shipping options at a higher fee. Insurance is bought on behalf of the buyer and any claims that result from loss or damage are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for international shipping delays or losses - and insurance provided is subject only to the maximum insurance amounts and provisions provided for international shipment(s).
Refunds
Due to the unique nature of our items, we do not offer returns, and all sales are final. We make every effort to provide measurements and photos to illustrate all dimensions of an item, so please ask any questions prior to your purchase.

Taking Care of your ALTaeRation Pieces
Our pieces are all made from vintage and antique findings so they require the care of any favorite in your collection. We have spent years combing the world for these treasures, and our intention is for our customers to continue their spirit of love and devotion for years to come. If you have any questions about how to care for your ALTaeRation pieces, please do not hesitate to ask!
Layaways
We offer layaway with the following terms: 50% of the item cost is required as a down payment, and the remaining balance is due within 30 days. The down payment is not refundable should you not be able to make the additional payment. IF you need more time, we will work to accommodate you on a case by case basis.
